About Mrs. Lane: Cindy Carter Lane |

| I
have been teaching Math here at D. R. Hill for
twenty-three years. I have twenty-six
years experience teaching Middle and Elementary students.
I attended the University of South Carolina at Spartanburg for my B.A.
degree in Elementary Education and Middle School Mathematics. I have attended
Converse College and U.S.C.S. in graduate studies. I became National Board
Certified in Early Adolescence Mathematics as of
November of 2002. I attended District Five Schools myself as I am a
resident of this community. I
graduated from Byrnes High School in 1975. I still live in this district and
appreciate the connection of the community and this school.
